it doesn't take much

having my itunes on shuffle not only provides a great background for my work day, but also gives me some unexpected amusement. for instance when i'm listening to "Rejoice Greatly, O Daughter of Zion" from the Messiah and the very next song is Over the Rhine's version of "Fever" - good times.

Your profile say you are still in Cleveland, which I am pretty sure is not correct at this point. I think you are in Dayton, or somewhere thereabouts. In your post on church I was trying to pick out which church you were standing in, but that would depend which city you were in, so I gave up... I say think simpler. Look smaller. Seek community. Look online for some group of radical Christ-followers who are living where you live and see allow them to test out whether they really are open to others or only want to be. That is definitely what our little house church could use, someone to test us, to come unknown and either become intimate or awkward and call us our on it either way... or just go to the downtown Episcopal church. That could work too. :-) I actually do know of a few churches that may interest you if indeed you are in Dayton. Let me know.

Good day from a snow laden Mount Vernon. Do you have an email address that I can reach you at? I have some news that I want to share with you.
